4 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the shrimp in cold water and pat dry. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Combine the shrimp with the garlic, chilli, and the juice of 3 limes. Season with salt and mix well. Cover and leave to marinate for 40 minutes.

Heat some oil in a pan. Scoop the shrimp out of the marinade and fry until golden brown on all sides.

Cut the remaining lime into slices.

Transfer the shrimp to a bowl and serve immediately, garnished with lime wedges.
