- 1 lemon
- 1 stalk Celeriac
- 2 Apple
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
Preparation steps

Clean and wash the ginger. Halve the lemon and squeeze.

Clean, wash and cut celery and apples into pieces. Put celery, apples and ginger in a juicer and squeeze out juice. Add lemon juice, mix and season with cayenne pepper.
