Ginger Shots

Nutritional values
Thanks to its blood circulation-promoting and sudorific effects, germs are not only transported faster out of the body, the essential oils of ginger also have an antibacterial effect. Outside the cold season, the pungent substances really get the circulation going. Perfect for early risers!
For the ginger shots a juicer is not necessary at all, as a blender is will work. Cut the ingredients into pieces about 1/2-inch thick and puree them with the blender, first at lowest setting, then at highest setting. You can then pass the puree through a sieve.
