Nutritional values

The celery used in the Healthy Green Shot contains plenty of essential oils, which not only give the vegetables their typical taste, but also stimulate the metabolism and digestion. They also have an antibacterial effect and can kill germs that cause illness. Thanks to a lot of potassium, the drink has a slightly diuretic and dehydrating effect. In addition, fresh parsley is good for the stomach and intestines and supplies a lot of haematopoietic iron. The fruit is rich in vitamin C, which makes our immune system work.

The leaves of the celery are far too good for trash: so use not only the stalks but also the leaves. You don't have a juicer in the house? You can also put the prepared ingredients into a blender and puree them as a smoothie.
No limes in the house? No problem, replace them with lemons. You can also replace the celery with spinach or arugula. The shot remains delicious and healthy even in its variants.
