- 1 pc ginger (3-4 cm)
- 1 fresh lemon
- 600 milliliters freshly brewed black Tea
- 350 milliliters Apple juice
- 2 Star anise
- 1 Cinnamon stick
- 4 Tbsps honey
- 4 small thyme
- 2 Tbsps fresh Cranberry
Preparation steps

Peel the ginger and cut into slices. Rinse the lemon in hot water and cut into 0.5 cm thick slices. Combine the tea with apple juice, ginger, lemon and spices in a saucepan, slowly heat and bring to a boil. Pull off the stove. If desired, remove the spices.

To serve, pour the honey in tea glasses and pour the hot tea over, add a sprig of thyme and a few cranberries.
