Preparation steps

Put the orange segments, celery, oil and the reserved orange juice into a bowl and toss together until well mixed. Season to taste with black pepper and celery salt.

Divide the salad and smoked tofu between 4-6 serving dishes and scatter over the pine nuts. Garnish with chives.
