- 2 Pink Grapefruit
- 1 Lime
- 10 ozs Sparkling water
- 12 Basil
Preparation steps

Pour tea into a tea filter or glass container, pour 14 ounces of hot water, infuse for 3 minutes and leave to cool for 30 minutes.

Squeeze juice from grapefruits and lime, mix with tea, divide into glasses. Add ice cubes, water and basil.
