- 14 ozs watermelon pulp (seedless)
- 3 ½ ozs Strawberries
- 3 ½ ozs Raspberries
- 1 red Bell pepper
- 2 Lemon balm
- 4 mint
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice

Preparation steps
Roughly dice melon pulp. Clean, wash and chop berries. Clean, wash and seed the bell bell pepper and cut into pieces. Wash herbs and shake dry.
Put melon, berries, peppers, lemon balm and lemon juice together in a stand mixer and puree finely. Pour watermelon bell pepper drink into 4 glasses and decorate with the mint.
