Vegan Spicy Hot Chocolate

Nutritional values
The spicy substance capsaicin from the chili pepper boosts the entire metabolism. Ginger also has a stimulating effect and calms the stomach thanks to the essential oil gingerol. It can also help with colds and flu-like infections.
The sieved spices can also be used a second time, then simply simmer twice as long.
No soy or Almond milk in the house? No problem! You can make the Spicy Hot Chocolate with any kind of plant drink, for example, oat drink. This is homemade in no time at all: Simply mix 14 ounces of cold water with 4 tablespoons of oat flakes in a blender or with a hand blender and then pour it through a fine sieve - done!
