Chocolate milk is particularly popular with children. Many parents resort to instant powder, which often contains no more than 20 percent cocoa but all the more sugar. It is better to mix the drink with pure cocoa and sweeten it sparingly yourself. You can find the brown powder in any supermarket, often labeled "highly deoiled." This means that cocoa butter has been removed from the product during its manufacture. The lower fat content makes it dissolve better - and makes it wonderful for making a drinking chocolate.
