- For the shrimp
- 20 shrimp (ready to cook)
- For the marinade
- 200 milliliters olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- oregano (about 1 branch, depending on size)
- thyme (about 1 branch, depending on size)

- For the dip
- 1 Tbsp Mustard
- 200 grams Quark
- 200 grams Sour cream
- 4 Tbsps Whipped cream
- 2 garlic cloves

- For the asparagus
- 1 kilogram Asparagus
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
Preparation steps

For the asparagus: Rinse the asparagus, remove the woody ends and cook in plenty of water seasoned with salt, sugar, lemon juice and butter, about 10-12 minutes.

For the shrimp and marinade: Rinse shrimp and pat dry well. Press garlic through a garlic press into olive oil. Chop herbs finely, combine with oil and season with salt and pepper. Brush shrimp with garlic oil, put on a preheated grill and cook for 4-5 minutes.

For the dip: Peel the garlic, squeeze through garlic press and mix well with the remaining dip ingredients. Season to taste.

Drain asparagus, rinse in cold water and drain well. If desired, package asparagus, shrimp and dip in sealable plastic bags or tubs for transport or to serve at a picnic.
