500 grams green Tagliatelle

100 grams Gorgonzola
2 garlic cloves
2 Tbsps butter
1 Tbsp Pastry flour
150 milliliters Whipped cream
100 milliliters milk
80 grams freshly grated Parmesan
freshly ground peppers
Nutmeg (freshly grated)

Preparation steps

Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente.

Cut Gorgonzola into small cubes. Peel and finely chop garlic. In a pan, sauté garlic in melted butter. Sprinkle with flour, stir in milk and cream and bring to a boil. Simmer, stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes. Remove pan from the heat and stir in Gorgonzola and half of the Parmesan. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

3.

Add drained pasta to the pan along with a little pasta water. Swirl until pasta is coated with sauce. Divide pasta among plates and serve with remaining Parmesan.
