- Ingredients
- 500 grams green Tagliatelle
- salt
- 100 grams Gorgonzola
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 Tbsps butter
- 1 Tbsp Pastry flour
- 150 milliliters Whipped cream
- 100 milliliters milk
- 80 grams freshly grated Parmesan
- freshly ground peppers
- Nutmeg (freshly grated)
Preparation steps
1.
Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente.
2.
Cut Gorgonzola into small cubes. Peel and finely chop garlic. In a pan, sauté garlic in melted butter. Sprinkle with flour, stir in milk and cream and bring to a boil. Simmer, stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes. Remove pan from the heat and stir in Gorgonzola and half of the Parmesan. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
3.
Add drained pasta to the pan along with a little pasta water. Swirl until pasta is coated with sauce. Divide pasta among plates and serve with remaining Parmesan.
