Preparation steps

1.

Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente.

Rinse and chop the scallions and blanch for 3 minutes. Rinse and drain.

Sauté the trimmed mushrooms with the chopped garlic in butter. Add the scallions along with the cream and reduce down slightly. Add the pine nuts and transfer everything to a bowl.

3.

Drain the pasta and season with salt and pepper. Mix into the mushrooms and arrange everything on plates.

Serve hot.
