200 grams mixed Lettuce (such as watercress, lettuce, arugula)
6 sun dried Tomatoes (in oil)
100 grams Radish
150 grams Feta
2 slices white bread
1 Tbsp butter
4 Tbsps White vinegar
6 Tbsps Corn oil

fresh rosemary (for garnish)

Preparation steps

Rinse the mixed leaf lettuce, trim, shake dry and pluck smaller leaves, if necessary. Drain the sun dried tomatoes and cut into strips. Rinse, trim and slice the radishes. Cut the feta cheese into cubes.

Remove the brown sides from white bread, cut into cubes and fry in hot butter until golden-brown and set aside.

For the dressing, mix the vinegar with corn oil, salt and pepper in a bowl.

Toss all the salad ingredients except feta cheese and croutons with the salad dressing. Arrange the salad on plates and serve sprinkled with feta cheese and croutons and garnished with rosemary.
