For the salad
400 grams Fusilli
50 grams sun-dried Tomatoes (packed in oil)
1 red onion
2 yellow Bell pepper
1 garlic clove
For the dressing
4 Tbsps olive oil
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp white balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
salt
cayenne pepper

Preparation steps

For the salad, cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente according to package directions, rinse briefly and drain.

Coarsely chop the tomatoes. Peel, halve and cut the onion into half rings. Rinse the bell peppers, cut in half, wipe dry and cut into small cubes. Peel the garlic and very finely chop.

3.

For the dressing, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, vinegar and parsley in a bowl and season with salt and cayenne pepper. Mix all the salad ingredients with the dressing, season to taste and serve.
