- 4 slices Whole Wheat Bread
- 2 Avocados (peeled, halved, stone removed)
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1.333 cups Feta (crumbled)
- ½ lemon (juice)
Preparation steps
1.
Toast the slices of bread on the barbecue.

Brush the cut surfaces of the avocado with oil. Grill on the barbecue for 2-3 minutes.
3.
Remove the bread from the barbecue and top with the feta.
4.
Place one avocado half on each slice of toast and crush lightly with a fork. Season with salt and ground black pepper, drizzle with lemon juice, and serve.
