- 2 large Banana
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 Tbsps honey
- 3 Tbsps Shredded coconut (more if desired)
- 40014 ozs Strawberries
Preparation steps
1.
Peel banana and cut into pieces. Drizzle with lemon juice and honey, mix gently. Coat banana pieces with grated coconut.

Rinse strawberries, pat dry, remove stems and halve. Thread banana and strawberry pieces, alternately, through skewers and cook on hot grill until golden brown for about 2-4 minutes. Remove from grill, place on plates and serve hot.
