- 18 ozs chicken breast fillets
- 1 garlic clove
- 5 Tbsps olive oil
- salt

- 1 Tbsp -2 TBSP. lemon juice
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- 14 ozs white Asparagus
- 9 ozs green Asparagus
- 2 Vine tomatoes
- 1 Zucchini
- 8 ozs Strawberries
- 2 handfuls mixed Fresh herbs (parsley, chives, basil)
- 2 sprigs thyme
- 1 sprig Dill
- 1 Tbsp chive flower
- 5 ozs Yogurt (low-fat)

Preparation steps
Wash chicken, pat dry and cut into 3-4 cm pieces. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Mix both with 2 tbsp. oil, salt, pepper, lemon juice and cayenne pepper and let marinate for approx. 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, clean, wash and peel white asparagus, remove woody ends. Steam over boiling salted water for about 5 minutes, rinse with cold water and drain. Clean green asparagus, wash and peel lower thirds. Clean and wash tomatoes.
Clean, wash and finely slice the zucchini. Clean strawberries, wash and pat dry. Put meat with strawberries and zucchini on metal skewers.
Place the asparagus in a baking dish, brush with 1 tablespoon of oil, lightly salt, add the tomatoes and cook in a preheated oven at 200 °C / 400 °F for 10-12 minutes.
Meanwhile, for the dip, select herbs and flowers, wash and pat dry. Roughly chop the herbs. Mix half of them with yogurt, salt, pepper and drizzle with 1 tsp oil.
Heat remaining oil in a large frying pan and fry skewers in it all around for about 10 minutes until meat is cooked. Arrange skewers on asparagus, garnish with chive blossoms and remaining herbs. Serve with dip.
