5 Tbsps Coconut cream
1 tsp Curry powder
2 Tbsps honey
80 grams Pecan
mint (for garnish)

Preparation steps

1.

Heat grill. Grill bananas on all sides until blackened.

Mix orange juice with coconut cream, curry and honey. Season to taste.

Toast pecans in a dry frying pan over medium heat until fragrant. Remove nuts from pan, let cool and chop half of them.

4.

Halve bananas lengthwise, arrange on plates and drizzle with honey-curry sauce. Sprinkle with chopped pecans and garnish with remaining whole pecans and mint leaves.
