- 2 Tbsps honey
- 1 tsp Cultured butter
- Nutmeg
- cinnamon
- lemons
- 2 Banana
- 80 grams Whipped cream
Preparation steps
1.
Melt the honey and butter in a pan. Season with 1 pinch of freshly grated nutmeg and cinnamon.

Squeeze half of a lemon. Peel the bananas, cut into thin slices and mix with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. Spread the bananas in dessert glasses and drizzle with the honey sauce.
3.
Beat the cream until stiff and spread on the banana. Sprinkle with cinnamon and serve immediately.
