1 fresh Lime
1 fresh lemon
2 centimeters ginger
4 Tbsps honey
2 centiliters white Rum
4 ripe Mangoes
vegetable oil (for coating)

Preparation steps

Cut the pineapple into small cubes. Rinse the lime and lemon in hot water, pat dry and zest the peels. Squeeze out the juice of both fruits. Peel the ginger and finely chop. Heat along with the citrus juices, the zests, the honey and rum. Add the pineapple, warm briefly then take from the heat and let rest.

Rinse the mangoes, halve just outside the core and coat the cut surfaces with a little oil. Cook on a hot grill for about 10 minutes.

Arrange mangoes on plates and serve drizzled with pineapple sauce.
