2 Tbsps chopped parsley

24 small, waxy potatoes (cooked the day before)
24 slices Bacon
3 thyme
100 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
100 grams Sour cream
1 tsp freshly grated Horseradish
1 splash lemon juice

Preparation steps

Mix oil with the parsley and salt and pepper to taste. Toss with the potatoes and the wrap each potato with a slice of bacon. Put on skewers and place on the hot grill in a foil grill pan. Spread the thyme over the top and cook until the bacon is crispy, about 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, mix yogurt with the sour cream and horseradish. Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper and serve with the potatoes.
