400 grams Hokkaido pumpkin (seeds removed, peeled if desired)
salt
16 dried Plum (pitted)
16 slices Bacon
2 Tbsps vegetable oil
2 Tbsps Pumpkin seed
2 Tbsps Sesame seeds
1 Tbsp lemon juice

1.

Rinse pumpkin and cut into 16 pieces. Boil pumpkin in salted water, about 5 minutes. Rinse and pat dry. Wrap dried plums with bacon slices. Brush with vegetable oil and cook on a hot grill, turning occasionally,  6-8 minutes.

2.

For dipping sauce: Toast pumpkin seeds and sesame seeds. Let cool and puree with lemon juice, yogurt, 2-3 tbsp water and pumpkin seed oil. Season with salt and pepper and serve with skewers.
