4 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation steps

Rinse the radicchio. Quarter in such a way that the leaves are still attached to the stalk. Toast the pine nuts in a pan until fragrant. Remove from the pan, let cool, and coarsely chop. Mix the pine nuts with the vinegar, oil, and some salt in a small bowl. Crush the garlic and add to the oil mixture. Brush the radicchio with the oil mixture, and cook for 4-5 minutes on a hot grill. Serve with the remaining oil.
