Preparation steps

1.

Thaw the shrimp and remove the heads. Slice shallowly along the back, from the front to the tail, making sure you don't cut the tail. Devein leaving the shells on. Rinse the shrimp and pat dry with a paper towel. Drizzle with lemon juice and salt.

Brush the grill with the oil. Grill over high heat for 2 minutes per side with the herbs. Serve with the lemon wedges.
