Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the shrimp and peel, leaving the tail intact. Soak wooden skewers in lukewarm water, so they don't burn on the grill. Rinse the limes, Squeeze one, and thinly slice the other.

Place the shrimp on the skewers and drizzle with the lime juice. Place in an aluminum grill pan, and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with the slices of lime and cilantro leaves.
