2 Tbsps olive oil

2 Tbsps Yogurt (0.1% fat)
1 tsp freshly grated ginger

Preparation steps

Rinse the shrimp and pat dry. Peel and finely chop the agrlic. Mix the shrimp with the lemon juice, parsley, and the oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Cook on a hot grill or in a grill pan for 6-8 minutes. 

2.

For the sauce, mix the creme fraiche with the yogurt and ginger. Stir until combined, then season to taste with salt and cayenne pepper. Serve the sauce with the grilled shrimp.
