- 6 ⅔ cups Plum tomato
- 1 tsp sugar
- Sea salt
- freshly ground Black pepper
- olive oil
- ½ lemon (grated zest and juice)
- caperberry

1 Tablespoon, 2 Bowls, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Small pot, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Paper towel
Preparation steps

Wash the tomatoes, remove the stalk and cut into thick slices. Sprinkle sugar, salt and freshly milled pepper over the top. Drizzle olive oil over the top. Place the tomatoes in a hot grill pan for about 1 minute each side. Remove and arrange onto plates. Drizzle lemon juice over the top, garnish with lemon zest and caper berries and serve.
