Nutritional values
The unsaturated fatty acids from olive oil have a beneficial effect on cholesterol levels and blood pressure and can also boost fat burning. Tomatoes have positive effects on the cardiovascular system with their plant pigment lycopene, a carotenoid that can also regulate blood pressure.
If you don't have oregano on hand, feel free to substitute with marjoram.
