8 Tbsps olive oil (plus oil for grates)
2 scallions

Preparation steps

Thinly slice the scallion.

In a bowl, mix together the vinegar, oil, salt, pepper and scallion and transfer to a shallow dish.

Heat the grill to medium and lightly oil the grates. Cut the turkey into bite-size pieces, add to the dish with the marinade and toss to coat. Thread the meat on skewers, season with salt and pepper and grill until cooked through, about 5-10 minutes basting occasionally with the marinade.

4.

Serve with slices of lime.
