½ lemon
3 Tbsps olive oil
2 garlic cloves

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the fish, pat dry, score a few times on the sides and season inside and out with salt and pepper.

2.

Slice the lemon. Stuff into the trout along with the parsley. Combine the olive oil and minced garlic then brush over the fish. Place in a fish grill basket and grill for about 6-8 minutes.
