Nutritional values

Zucchinis have plenty of minerals to offer. Potassium ensures a healthy fluid balance and has been proven to lower blood pressure. Magnesium is important for our muscles and nerves. Feta contains a lot of calcium, which is needed for bone formation and firm teeth. In addition, sheep's cheese supplies orotic acid, which as a pseudo vitamin has many positive influences on our body. It is said to strengthen the immune system, lower cholesterol levels, protect cells and liver, and strengthen the heart and circulation.

Together with the zucchini you can also grill aubergines. Suitable accompaniments are grilled chicken skewers or vegetarian grilled marinated tofu.
