Preparation steps

1.

Rinse tomatoes and cut each into 6 slices. Cut feta into 20 equal slices.

Brush 4 pieces of aluminum foil with a little oil. Alternately layer tomatoes with feta on sheets of aluminum foil and season with salt and pepper. Seal foil to create packages and cook for about 10 minutes under the oven broiler, watching carefully. Turn over halfway through.

3.

To serve, open the aluminum foil packet, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with basil leaves.
