Preparation steps

Peel and rinse potatoes, cook in salted water for about 25 minutes or until tender. Peel onion and chop finely. Rinse and halve bell peppers, remove seeds and ribs, dice. Rinse celery and cut into thin slices.Heat oil in a pan and cook ground meat until crumbly, add onion, peppers, celery and tomato paste and saute for 2-3 minutes. Add broth and simmer for about 10 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and paprika.

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C convection.

Drain potatoes and mash. Add hot milk and 2 tablespoons of butter and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

Spread ground beef in a casserole dish, top with mashed potatoes and remaining butter cut into small pieces. Bake in preheated oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F) for about 20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and serve.
