- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 2 chili peppers
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 Tbsps Corn oil
- salt

Preparation steps

Halve the avocados, remove the seeds, and remove the fruit from the shell. Mash until smooth with the lemon juice.

Chop the chili and the garlic finely, then add to the avocado mixture. Stir in the oil, and season to taste with salt and pepper.
