- 1 handful mixed Fresh herbs (such as mint, basil, parsley, dill, wild garlic)
- 2 Tbsps Cress
- ½ lemon
- 150 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 200 grams Whipped cream
- salt
- peppers
Preparation steps

Rinse the herbs, pat dry, and remove the leaves from the stems. Finely chop the cress. Squeeze the juice from the lemon. Add the yogurt to a bowl, and add the herbs.
