- 1 handful Dill flower
- 4 thyme
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 Tbsp white peppercorns
- 700 milliliters good quality olive oil
Preparation steps
1.
Rinse and dry the dill and thyme.
2.
Pluck the thyme leaves.
3.
Peel and halve the garlic and place in a bottle along with the dill and the thyme. Add the peppercorns and pour in the oil. Tightly close the lid and leave for at least 2 weeks before use.
Drain through a sieve before serving if desired.
