40 grams butter

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the potatoes and boil in salt water, covered, for 20 minutes.

Rinse the herbs, shake dry, pluck and chop. Melt the butter in a large frying pan and swirl the drained potatoes in the herbs. Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
