1 handful Edible flowers (such as, chives and sage)
3 ½ ozs Yogurt
4 Tbsps Whipped cream
3 Tbsps Lime juice
1 tsp honey

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and trim the endives, remove the hard stalk and cut the leaves into strips. Rinse the herbs, shake dry, pluck and chop coarsely.

Mix the endives, herbs and edible flowers together and arrange on plates or a large serving plate.

2.

For the dressing, combine the yogurt with the cream, lime juice and honey. Mix well and season with salt.

Serve the salad drizzled with the dressing.
