Preparation steps

1.

Mix the yogurt with the crème fraîche until smooth. Rinse the mint and chervil, pat dry, and finely chop. Mix the mint, chervil, chives, and lemon zest into the yogurt. Season to taste with lemon juice, salt, and pepper and place in a small bowl.

Garnish with the coriander seeds and the mint leaves, and serve.
