Nutritional values

The calcium contained in yogurt strengthens the bones and is important for healthy teeth. Olive oil contains essential unsaturated fatty acids, which have a beneficial effect on cholesterol levels and blood pressure. The high content of phenols also boosts fat burning.

This dressing tastes great with any leaf salad (e.g. lamb's lettuce), tomato salad, grilled vegetables and pasta salads. The sauce also goes well with cucumber salad, use dill as a herb and you can refine the basic recipe with a teaspoon of mustard. It stays fresh for about 4-5 days when stored in the refrigerator.
