Preparation steps

Clean, peel and finely grate the carrot. Wash, core and also finely grate the apple. Peel and finely chop garlic. Halve the limes and squeeze out the juice.

Heat oil in a saucepan and saute carrot and garlic over low-medium heat for 4-5 minutes. Add apple and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Deglaze with lime juice and soy sauce. Add apple juice and vinegar and reduce for 1-2 minutes. Season Asian dressing with pepper and let cool before serving.
