Preparation steps

Rinse the lemon under hot water, rub dry and grate the peel. Halve the lemon and squeeze out the juice.

Mix lemon juice and zest vigorously with yogurt, tahini, oil and 3-4 tablespoons water. Season tahini dressing with salt, bell pepper, paprika powder, cumin and cinnamon.
