- 200 grams Cottage cheese
- 50 grams Quark
- 50 grams Sour cream
- 50 grams Mountain cheese (such as gruyere)
- 2 Tbsps scallions
- 1 pinch ground paprika
- 1 pinch Caraway
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
Preparation steps
1.
Mix cottage cheese in a bowl with quark and sour cream until smooth.

Cut mountain cheese into small cubes, add to the bowl, add chives, paprika and cumin and mix.
3.
Season with salt and pepper. Serve if desired with bread and crackers.
