- 250 grams Quark
- 150 grams Sour cream
- 50 grams Goat cheese
- 3 Tbsps freshly chopped Fresh herbs (such as: chervil, chives, parsley, basil, etc.)
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 splash lemon juice
Preparation steps

Rinse and finely dice radishes. Combine, quark, sour cream and goat cheese. Stir in herbs and radishes.
