- 3 eggs
- salt
- peppers (freshly ground)
- 2 Tbsps mineral water
- 2 Tbsps Kefir (or buttermilk)
- 2 Tbsps freshly chopped Fresh herbs (Dill, chives, parsley, etc)
Preparation steps
1.
Beat the eggs with salt, pepper, mineral water, and kefir. Fold in the dill and chives. Heat the oil in a nonstick pan. Pout in the egg mixture and allow to thicken over low heat.

Fold the omelette, cut in half, arrange on plates and serve immediately.
