1 big green chili pepper
1 bunch cilantro
1 Tbsp Lime juice
salt

4 Tbsps sunflower oil

Preparation steps

1.

Toast sesame seeds in a pan without oil. Allow to cool.

2.

Rinse chile pepper, cut lengthwise, remove seeds and chop.

3.

Rinse cilantro and shake dry. Coarsely chop leaves and tender stems.

4.

Purée sesame seeds, chile pepper, cilantro and lime juice in a blender. Add salt and sugar to taste and stir in oil. Serve as desired.
