Preparation steps

1.

Carefully brush the raspberries, then add to a bottle. Cover with the vinegar, seal tightly, and let infuse for 12 days. Pour the vinegar through a fine strainer line with cheesecloth. Squeeze the soaked raspberries to extract all the liquid from them. Place the vinegar into a clean, prepared bottle. 

2.

Add the freshly picked raspberries to the vinegar, and seal tightly.
