- 150 grams Raspberries
- ½ l White vinegar
- 1 tsp allspice
- Basil
Preparation steps
1.
Carefully rinse and pat raspberries dry. Combine raspberries with basil and allspice in a bottle. Fill it with white wine vinegar and seal well.

Let stand at least 14 days. Strain through a sieve and decant into a clean, decorative bottle.
