1 Banana (diced)
2 Tbsps Chocolate syrup
1 ⅔ cups hot Coffee (freshly brewed)
cup milk

Preparation steps

Place the lemon juice, sugar and a pinch of vanilla seeds in a pot with 100 ml water and bring to the boil. Add the banana and simmer for 1-2 minutes, then remove from the heat. Leave to cool slightly and then transfer to 4 glasses.

Stir the chocolate syrup into the coffee and place 2 tbsp into a pot along with the milk. Add the chocolate-coffee mixture to the glasses and bring the milk mixture to the boil until foamy. Add the milk to the glasses and serve garnished with cocoa powder.
